The Dengensha PLC Controlled Automatic Vibratory Nut Feeder is manufactured to be the most reliable and durable nut feeder in the industry. Using the latest technology, Dengensha craftsmen design and build our nut feeders using your specific weld nut. By using your production nut samples, Dengensha guarantees its feeders will accurately select and feed the nuts to the weld electrode on any pedestal spot welder. From the custom designed vibratory bowl to the unique magnetized feed unit, the Dengensha feed system will not only meet your pro­duction rates but insure nut delivery to the workpiece with the most reliable system available.

Dengensha feeders feature Keyence PLC’s such as the KV-24 DT. The ultra compact unit features a built-in display that allows the PLC’s data to be checked at start-up and during modification or changeover.

Dengensha also offers an optional Allen Bradley Micrologix 1000 Controller.  The Micrologix 1000 unit features added I/O for increased versatility and the ability to add Device Net Functionality.  Other Allen Bradley PLC controls are available depending on your specific application.
