	Upside Down Nut Detection

All upside down nut detection systems utilize the following:

Full Solid Model Engineering package
Gravity-fed accumulation track with track monitor (extra length in this case for increased buffer/margin)
Positive location at inspection area
Sensor-based inspection device, to be specified during engineering
Automatic rejection of "bad" parts to drop area
Automatic recycling to hopper or bowl (OPTIONAL)
Escapement/separator as required
Blow feed device as required
Detachable tube mount
Additional valves fully plumbed as required
PLC program modification as required
Full performance testing
Installation in customers plant (OPTIONAL)

Upper Electrode Nut Cover
There are many reasons for upside down nuts, including operator error, poor maintenance, worn consumable electrode parts, and dirty, oily nuts. Aside from the system-based upside down nut prevention, the Upper Electrode Nut Cover provides a low cost solution to avoid welding upside down nuts.
