The Dengensha Nut Locator Electrode Assembly results in the most precise location and spatter-free nut welding in the industry. The precise dimensions of ACT alloy allow it to be machined in such a way that it provides an optimum air seal with the electrode. The use of insulated ACT material and air pressure eliminates the necessity of insulator and spring maintenance needed with other locating electrodes. The air pressure can be regulated to achieve a desired force on the location pin, eliminating the need for any springs. In addition, the air assists in rejecting weld spatter from the nut threads and the electrode during welding.
