Dengensha America’s new MFDC Spot/Projection Welder reaches maximum current levels faster and creates stronger welds for larger high strength steel parts. It’s deep throat depth adds to that capability. Count on advanced controls, precise welding currents and better heat efficiency. The MFDC Spot/Projection Welder is available with 75, 100 and 150 KVA ratings; two throat depth options (400mm and 600mm); and two stroke options (115mm and 155mm). It is readily combined with Dengensha Feeders to easily accommodate larger high strength steel nut or stud projection welding applications. An easily operated program box walks users through the setting of the weld schedule.
Dengensha Feeders are the most reliable, durable and economical vibratory and rotary feeders available in the market today. They all have the ability to feed a wide variety of weld nuts and studs correctly and repeatedly while achieving required user cycle times. Depending on requirements, every Feeder comes complete with either a PLC or PCB control.
The MFDC Spot/Projection Welder is designed to maximize productivity because of its durability and reliability of operation. It is available at a low initial investment and requires minimal maintenance.
